Measures 30" wide.
After 3 skeins of yarn measure 31" long.
Finished: 32" wide by 37" long.

Border
For the border, I sc in each stitch around.  Then on the top & bottom, I did 2 dc, ch 1, skip stitch, repeat.  And on the sides I put a dc in each stitch.  For the 3rd row I put a sc in each stitch.
