Pattern is a repeat of 19 stitches.  To adjust either increase or decrease your starting chain by 19.


Pattern Alterations
This blanket is made with a DK weight yarn.  Started with ch of 174. Each additional 19 stitches gives me approximately 4" more width. Finished 27 repeats.

This is my 8th time making this blanket.

Yarn Usage
Row 17: 73 grams of yarn used
Skein 1: 161 grams of yarn
Row 39: 165 grams of yarn used
Row 43: 182 grams of yarn used
Row 47: 199 grams of yarn used

After doing 25 repeats, I have 49 grams of yarn left.
After doing 26 repeats, I have 32 grams of yarn left.
After doing 27 repeats (Row 111), 15 grams of yarn left.

Uses about 17 grams for each repeat.

Measurements
Row 39: Measures 38 1/2" wide by 17" long.
Finished Size: (Row 111) 38 1/2" wide by 49" long.

Yarn Review
This type of yarn is not my favorite for making things in the round.  Some of the colors are not long enough to go around the entire outer edge especially as the project gets bigger making for incomplete looking rounds.  And the color changes will always occur where you join the end of the round.  This doesn't look good to me.  See last pic for an example of both of these issues.
