Pattern Assessment
Finished Size pre-blocking 15" diameter.  After blocking 18" diameter. Pattern says finished size is 16". Though most finished projects are around 13".
Made using her recently re-published 'Sweeter Coffee & Cream' available in her etsy shop.
Pattern is well written & fairly straight-forward with the exception of the shell stitch (see notes below).  Does not contain pictures or diagrams.

Helpful Notes
SHELL - I realize most experienced crocheters would figure this out. For me, I need detailed & very specific instructions. After completing the "2 dc in stitch indicated, & FPtr around same st", I wasn't sure if I went in front of the FPtr or behind it to complete the "two more dc in same st."  I opted for going behind the FPtr as this makes more sense & appears correct. 

Measurements
After Round 13: 6 1/4" diameter.
Round 23: 12" diameter.
Finished pre-blocking: 15" diameter. Weighs 48 grams.
Blocking: 18" diameter.  I may have been able to stretch it a tiny bit more.  But I am making it to go in an 18" embroidery hoop.
